• BALTIC FROM SPACE WORKSHOP at the Finnish Meteorological Institute in Helsinki, Finland, 29-31 March 2017: http://www.baltic-earth.eu/balticfromspace/index.html
We organized many international scientific workshops for young researchers and PhD training courses within our Nordic Networks, the Network for Baltic Sea Remote Sensing (2012-2016) and Nordic Network for Aquatic Remote Sensing (NordAquaRemS, 2008-2011). Most of them were aimed at training the student’s in image analysis, spatial statistics as well as hands-on-training in the field of the laboratory. Some of the workshops were aimed at strengthening the collaboration between academia and the private sector and with the end-user community.
